Public consultation dates and locations announced

Springfield Properties, Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes will be jointly hosting three consultation events, with one taking place in Stirling on 30th October, and two in Plean on 13th November.
Members of the public are free to attend at any time during the event - you do not need to turn up at the start time. If you would like to attend one of these events, please take a look at the dates and times below:
Stirling - Tuesday 30th October
Time: Between 2.30pm and 7pm
Location: King Robert Hotel, Glasgow Road, Stirling, FK7 0LJ
Plean - Wednesday 13th November
Two events will be held on Wednesday 13th November 2024 with locations and times as follows:
- Between 1pm and 3pm - McAuley Hall, Balfour Centre, Plean, FK7 8DS
- Between 6pm and 8pm - Dining Hall, East Plean Primary School, Plean, FK7 8BX
Representatives from Springfield Properties, Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes will be present to answer questions, and there will be display boards showing the location of the site as well as the existing and proposed masterplan. The proposals are for amendments to the existing detailed planning permission comprising of changes to incorporate the Barratt/David Wilson range of homes, and updates to the Springfield range. There will be infrastructure works taking place on the site which have been approved under the existing planning permission and other related consents. No significant changes to the previously approved masterplan are proposed.
